How to Delete Your KidsOClock Account
You can delete your KidsOClock account using either of the methods below. Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding.
Option 1: Delete Your Account in the App
Log in to the KidsOClock MyFamily App using your registered username and password. Navigate to the account settings and follow the on-screen instructions to delete your account directly from the app.
Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by sending an email to:
support@kidsoclock.com.auPlease include the following details in your email:
- Your full name
- The email address registered to your account
Once your request is verified, your account will be permanently closed within 5 business days.
